Mr. Jin Ashan from Liaoning is a master of Chinese arts and crafts. In 1992, he was commended by the State Council and received a special government allowance. He is good at integrating traditional art into modern life, creating shell carving crafts with a strong sense of life.
The largest shell carving work in China, the Nine Dragon Wall, is 6 meters long, 0.65 meters wide, and 1.7 meters high. It is not made of glass, painted, or brick carvings, but is inlaid with shell carvings from all over the world. There are more than 700 dragons of various sizes on it, all of which were created by Jin Ashan. It took more than 3 years to complete and the surface was not painted at all.
